The Veneto region produced this wine by blending traditional Prosecco grape Glera with Pinot Noir which adds red berry notes and rosé color to the wine. The Charmat method of fermentation maintains the wine's fruit characteristics and its delicate bubbles. The wine presents a dry finish with refreshing qualities while delivering crisp flavors of raspberry and citrus and subtle minerality notes. Perfect for summer days.!

About the Producer
Ostro makes rosé Prosecco in the Veneto, a category formally recognised only in 2020, when the Prosecco DOC first allowed Pinot Nero to be added to Glera. That blend gives the wine its colour and its red-fruited lift over Glera’s orchard-fruit base.
Fermentation follows the Charmat method in pressurised tanks, preserving primary fruit and fine, delicate bubbles, and the wine is finished Extra Brut, drier than most Prosecco and more versatile at the table. The Prosecco Rosé offers crisp raspberry, wild strawberry, redcurrant and citrus with a subtle minerality and a dry, refreshing finish, perfect for summer days and a modern expression of a very old region.
